About the hotel

The Queensgate Hotel offers the comfort and personal service of a country hotel in the heart of the city of Peterborough. All our rooms are equipped to a superb standard, modern facilities and quality furnishings.

A beautifully preserved & maintained 19th century house with many original architectural features, sympathetically transformed into our exclusive, comfortable, city centre hotel. A warm welcome awaits you on arrival at our Hotel and a fully computerised reception system ensures the minimum of delay, when checking in or out.

Restaurant serving home cooked food, with A la carte and table d'hote menus. Intimate bar for relaxing.

Children and extra beds

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children from 5 to 12 years are charged GBP 25.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged GBP 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

  • You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards.
  • You must check out by 11:00 hours.

Cancellations

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
